Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. mirin
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sriracha (optional)
1 tsp. fish sauce
2 cloves garlic
2cm fresh ginger
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Peel and finely grate the garlic and ginger, then mix all ingredients together.
Use half of the sauce as a marinade for pork chops or chicken thighs
Make the other half into a glaze by simmering for a few minutes in a sauce pan then stirring in a corn starch slurry (equal parts corn starch and cold water mixed together - about 1 tsp. of each should be enough)
