Ranch Dressing

- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. acid (lemon juice or apple cider vinegar work well)
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. chives
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Whisk everything together and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Add a tablespoon or two of Frank's Red Hot to make buffalo ranch
- Finely chop some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and add those along with at least 1 tsp. of the sauce to make chipotle ranch
- Use lime juice for the acid and add 1/2 tsp. brown sugar for a twist
